# Stronghold Rewards
## Overview
* By simply holding a Stronghold asset, users will passively generate Rewards through an internal mechanism called ***Reward Points.***
* These values are hidden on the Titans dApp, but utilize the calculations outlined in this page. Utilize the "Stake All" button on the updated Dashboard to optimize your Staking rewards.
* **Reward Points** refer to any of the 5 types of Reward Points, each referring to a unique revenue stream:
* **Mining Points** → Mining Rewards
* **IAG Points** → Iagon Rewards
* **Staking Points** → Mining + IAG Profits (accessed through Staking Titans PFPs)
* **Royalty Points** → Secondary Market Transaction Rewards
* **Whiskey Points** → Dedium Rewards
* **Reward Points** are a yield-based metric to calculate and distribute the total rewards amongst all Stronghold Holders.
* Each **Site** generates its reward at the end of its **Cycle**. These rewards are awarded directly to the current holder of the Stronghold.
* You can decrease the **Cycle** duration of your Sites by **Staking** certain classes of Titans PFPs on your Stronghold.
* A typical Cycle is 120 hours but can be reduced to 96 hours through optimal staking.
* Rewards are paid out at the end of each month. Any Rewards paid out then reset the corresponding Reward Point type for all holders of that Reward Point.
* You are able to view your *Tentative Earnings* in the dashboard which are a projected estimate of your rewards for each revenue stream. The final values are what is displayed in the *Claimable Rewards* section of the dashboard.
## Reward Points
**Reward Points** are the underlying calculation for determining & distributing rewards amongst all stronghold holders. Utilizing a yield-based calculation method, they are a means of determining what percentage of any given reward payout is allocated to each individual holder. This process is calculated for each revenue stream, and is finalized at the end of each month. Your *tentative earnings* are a projection of the current split amongst all Stronghold holder's Reward Points.
Let's illustrate with an example:
1. Take 10 Strongholds, each with 1 Reward Point.
2. We have $100.00 in profits being awarded to holders
3. The total amount of Reward Points between all the Strongholds is: 10 (1 Reward Point x 10 Strongholds)
4. Each Stronghold has a claim to 10% of the profits ($10.00)
In essence: ***The more Reward Points, the more Rewards!***
### Earning Reward Points
Every **Stronghold** passively generates **Reward Points** based on the various **Sites** present in their metadata. Each **Site** generates its **Reward Point** value at the end of a real-time period called a “**Cycle**”. Cycles are generally 120 hours (5-days) but can be reduced through optimal staking to a minimum of 96 hours (4-days). Certain Sites appear once on every Stronghold, while others can appear multiple times per Stronghold, or only on specific *Classes* of Stronghold.

The amount of **Reward Points** generated from a Site is determined by a cumulative multiplier determined by the following factors:
* Site Level
* Stronghold Class
* Stronghold Realm
Each of these factors applies a multiplier to the base amount a Site generates each **Cycle**. The total sum results in a combined multiplier, referred to as the “**Stronghold** **Multiplier**”.
Every **Reward Point** type, *except Staking Points*, applies the **Stronghold Multiplier** to their generation. The function used for all **Reward Point** generating Sites is:

#### Titans PFP Staking Rewards:
> Staking Titans PFPs in your Stronghold NFTs provides a variety of benefits such as:

> * Unlocking **Staking Points** and their corresponding revenue stream.
> * Reduces certain Site's Cycle-rates depending on the Class of PFP staked to a minimum of 96-hours per cycle.

**Reward Points** is a catch-all term referring to any type of point corresponding with a Revenue Stream.\

### Mining Points
* **Mining Points** are tied to our BTC-mining profits.
* In total, we allocate **65%** of our NFT Mining revenue towards rewarding our holders.
* **45%** of our NFT Mining revenue is distributed to Stronghold Holders at the end of each Month.
* **Mining Points** are generated through the **Mine** Site, guaranteed on every Stronghold.
### IAG Points
* **IAG Points** are tied to our profits earned through our partnership with Iagon.
* **65%** of our NFT-tied **IAG** revenue profits is distributed to Stronghold Holders at the end of each Month.
* **IAG Points** are generated through the **Fortifications** Site, guaranteed on every Stronghold.
### Staking Points
* **Staking Points** are an exclusive BTC-mining revenue stream ONLY available through staking Titans PFPs
* **20%** of our BTC Mining revenue is distributed to Stronghold Holders with **Staking Points** at the end of each Month.
* **Staking Points** are generated through the **Town Hall Site,** scaling with the number of Titans PFPs Staked.
### Royalty Points
* **Royalty Points** are Reward Points tied to **secondary market** transaction royalties.
* **33%** of the profits from these transactions are distributed to holders of **Royalty Points** at the end of each Month.
* **Royalty Points** are generated through the **Marketplace Site**, guaranteed on every **Citadel Class** Stronghold.
### Whiskey Points
> Due to market trends, we're slowly phasing out our investment with Dedium and will be supplementing this investment with another in the near future. Apologies for the inconvenience.
* **Whiskey Points** are Reward Points tied our investment with Dedium.
* **65%** of our NFT profits from Dedium are distributed to Stronghold Holders with **Whiskey Points** at the end of each Month.
* **Whiskey** **Points** are generated through the **Distillery Site,** which can appear multiple times on any given Stronghold.
